Backend infrastructure for the parts of your site that aren't your product
Every site needs a contact form, a newsletter signup, maybe a booking page. embedio handles that part, so you don't have to build it again.
I built this for myself first
embedio started in 2024 as an internal tool. I was building client sites as a freelancer, and every single one needed the same small backend — a place to catch a contact form, store a few survey responses, send a booking confirmation. Standing that up from scratch, for the third or fifteenth time, stopped making sense.
So I built one backend I could point any site at, and kept using it long after the freelancing stopped. I opened it up publicly in 2026, once it had survived enough real client traffic that I trusted it with yours.
A few things I won't compromise on
Plain HTTP over clever abstractions
A form that posts to a URL will still work in ten years. I'd rather ship something boring and durable than something impressive and brittle.
Your data is yours
Export everything, anytime, in a format you can actually use elsewhere. I'd rather earn a renewal than force one.
One person, no hand-offs
There's no support queue and no team to route a bug report through. If something breaks, I'm the one who sees it and fixes it, usually the same day.
Just me, actually

Founder
Spent years building client sites as a freelancer before getting tired of rebuilding the same backend for every one of them. Now builds and runs embedio full-time — product, infrastructure, and support, all one person.
